Financing Loan Programs built around commercial real estate execution

Resolute Direct Capital organizes its platform around defined loan programs, not scattered deal labels. The program tells us the financing structure. The scenario tells us why the borrower needs it.

Acquisition Bridge Loans

Short-term capital for commercial property acquisitions that need certainty, speed, and a credible exit.

Each loan program page explains asset types, use cases, underwriting focus, and borrower fit

Construction Loans

Construction and completion capital for defined commercial projects with verifiable budgets, controls, and exits.

Each loan program page explains asset types, use cases, underwriting focus, and borrower fit.

Refinance Bridge Loans

Asset-based refinance capital for maturity payoffs, lender exits, time-sensitive debt replacement, and transition periods.

Each loan program page explains asset types, use cases, underwriting focus, and borrower fit

Land & Development Loans

Short-term financing for land, development sites, entitlement bridges, and pre-construction transitions.

Each loan program page explains asset types, use cases, underwriting focus, and borrower fit.

Multifamily Loans

Private credit for stabilized, transitional, value-add, distressed, and time-sensitive multifamily assets.

Each loan program page explains asset types, use cases, underwriting focus, and borrower fit.

Special Purpose CRE Loans

Asset-based financing for specialized commercial properties that require deeper collateral and exit analysis.

Each loan program page explains asset types, use cases, underwriting focus, and borrower fit.

Program versus scenario

A loan maturity payoff, foreclosure deadline, distressed acquisition, or partner buyout is usually a scenario. It may be structured through an acquisition bridge loan, refinance bridge loan, multifamily loan, construction loan, land and development loan, mezzanine/preferred equity structure, or special purpose CRE loan depending on collateral, lien position, use of proceeds, sponsor strength, and exit.
